The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to the waterfront and plenty of nearby restaurants. I really appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the staff's attentiveness during my stay. Although the room could have benefited from better cleanliness, the overall experience was pleasant and made my quick visit enjoyable.

Everything is in dire need of updates!!! Rooms lack maintenance, and considering the proximity to busy roads, soundproofing is severely lacking. Even basic amenities fell short, which made my stay feel quite uncomfortable.

Amazing hotel with great amenities like free wi-fi, air conditioning, and 24-hour reception. I remember the staff helped with my wake-up call on my first visit. I highly recommend it for a city break.

Clean room, excellent location, the Wi-Fi was reliable and the staff were available for check-in even at 11:30 PM, making it easy to rest after we arrived just a short distance from the airport.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Gaslamp Quarter, which is perfect for exploring nearby attractions. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. However, the air conditioning could use some improvement, as it wasn't very effective.

We loved our stay! The amenities were perfect for our large family, and we appreciated that our beloved pet was welcome. The location near attractions like the Gaslamp Quarter made our trip memorable and so much fun.

In my wife's opinion, the room could have had better soundproofing. A little more privacy would have made our experience smoother while traveling with kids.
